My memories of going to the cinema i.e. the pictures. I remember going to the pictures at the Electric cinema in Talbot St. It was 4 pennies for the stalls where the seats were long wooden benches. The pictures I loved to see with the gang were cowboy pictures such as Hopalong Cassidy. At the end of the pictures, we would come out with all guns blazing! They were happy days. The cinema today is pure luxury and expensive.
