Spud Bread Recipe

This recipe feeds 6 people

Ingredients

10 potatoes

2 handfuls of self-raising flour

1/4 of a pound of butter

1/2 a cup of milk

1 pinch of salt

Cooking oil for cooking

Method

Peel the spuds

Wash the spuds and cover with water

Bring to the boil – simmer till cooked

Strain the potatoes mash in the butter and milk

Add the flour to dry out the mixture
flatten it on the table
and cut it into slices

Heat the oil in a pan cook the spud bread till it is golden and crispy on both sides
