Christmas Goose Recipe

Ingredients

4kg goose

1 x

1 packet bacon
(optional)

3 x

3 carrots

2 x

2 onions

4 x

4 Potatoes

1 x

1 cup of flour

Method

Rinse the goose
put it in a pot and cover with water

Slowly bring to the boil
simmer for 2 ½ – 3 hours

Peel wash and chop the vegetables add them to the pot

20 minutes before serving
add warm water to the cup of flour to make a paste

Thicken the broth with the paste

The goose is ready to serve
